About the Space
This home is perfect for a small indoor/outdoor gathering. The home features 3 custom french doors off of the living, dining and office spaces that open into separate private courtyards. Enjoy citrus trees and a fire pit in one courtyard, a putting green in the other and a private, solar heated pool in the backyard, perfect for retreats. We are located in a quiet community near a grocery store and several restaurants. Catering and food delivery is easy in this area. Small gatherings, cokatail parties are ideal for this location with an indoor and outdoor kitchen area.

We are located in a cul-de-sac with parking for 5-7 cars on the street
General Rules
No smoking in the building, in the outdoor yard spaces or near entrances outside.
Outside catering is allowed
No noise after 9pm
No pets
No children
No drugs or hard alcohol
Keep gated pool closed on both sides (from outdoor seating area to putting green area)
Guests assume all liability and use pool at their own risk.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras that record video/audio and still images on the front gates including a simplisafe doorbell monitor.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We hire a cleaner between bookings and air out the property while cleaning to allow additional air flow. During events, our doors can remain open to allow a cross breeze.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
