Perfect for film or photo shoots, this modern and light-filled space is architecturally unique with modern interiors and a landscaped courtyard garden, and two patios. It has great natural light and easy lighting opportunities, high ceilings throughout, easy load-ins and staging areas, ample street parking, and 400 amp electrical service. The property is upscale, but there are several spaces that could certainly be dressed to work for a range of potential stories. A commercial storefront with courtyard garden access is available as flex space for shooting, staging, holding or catering. Currently used as an art studio, this space is also filled with light and has high ceilings and a half-bathroom. We are located in Logan Square, Chicago's most vibrant neighborhood, and the property is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and parks and 20 minutes from downtown museums, shopping, and attractions!
