We have one parking spot for your clients in the front of our building as well as one designated "employee parking" spot behind the building. On the weekends we have access to the lot next door to the studio as well.

You can hear neighbors below (Salon - usually music). It is very quiet on Sundays when the salon is closed. The street is semi-quiet, not a main Street but mildly busy. During the week you can also hear delivery trucks entering and exiting the property as there is a warehouse in the back of the building.

Stairs

Best not to bring a large set up requiring complex electrical needs. This is an old building with minimal electrical upgrades.

* Please be considerate of our neighbors. ● Noise: no excessive noise or loud music, whenever possible, remove your shoes, and avoid hard bottom shoes to minimize noise that would be disruptive to our downstairs neighbors. ● Parking: North City Studio renters have access to two parking spots during weekday business hours; any one open parking spot in front of the building and one spot marked “Employee Only” located behind the building. All parking rules must be strictly followed. No parking or blocking of the driveways on either side of the building. ● No pets allowed. ● Renter must be present during the booking, renters and members can not give away hours to others. ● Studio doors must stay closed during booking. ● Please do not congregate or wait in the stairwell. ● It is the responsibility of the renter to manage clients/talent coming in and out of the building and to be sure they are following parking instructions. Please provide your contact information to your clients to let them in. ● Do not leave the front door of the building propped open for more than a few minutes without supervision. ● Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted in the studio. ● No smoking in the studio or building is permitted. ● All backdrops/seamless paper are free to use unless purposeful damage will be taking place. ● A representative from North City Studio may be on site during your project but will not assist in loading or unloading or any tasks during your project. ● Renter may not sublease the studio to any third party. ● Nails, tacks or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. Command strips are ok. ● Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited. ● No candles allowed - consider flameless alternatives. ● All bookings are subject to approval ● Please use care when moving furniture. Damage to the studio is subject to a $200+ fee. ● Trash must be taken out after every booking if used by renter. ● Renter must sweep or vacuum after every rental.
