About the Space
This top floor apartment features an open concept living and modern furnishings with high ceiling and abundant of natural lights. Relax in the family room with a movie and cook up a family meal in the kitchen. Located on a quiet one-way street, with close proximity to EWR & NYC, makes this the perfect space for filming or photography needs. There are three bedrooms total: The en-suite has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The two additional bedroom shares a hallway bathroom and each has a king sized bed, one of them has a crib. There's a day bed with the trundle bed in the alcove and a comfy sofa in the living room. There are also three desks and chairs that makes WFH easy.

Parking description
The included parking space is on the driveway, and can fit one car only. Please provide the following items if you want to register up to two cars for street parking with guest permit:
1) Driver's License
2) License Plate and State
3) Car make, model and color

General Rules
1. No parties or events allowed. Absolutely no glitter, confetti, slime, play-doh or similar items. No candles.
2. No smoking and no illegal substances allowed on the premises.
3. We do not allow pets. Owner has severe allergies and live at property part time. Please search for a pet friendly place if you are traveling with one.
4. Please take care of the furnishings and don’t rearrange any furniture. Report any damages, breakages and/or spills in a reasonably timely manner. Biohazard fee will be charged for cleaning up any bodily fluids.
5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms and enjoy your meal in the dining area.
6. Please take extra care of the remote. Lost remote will incur a $50 replacement fee.
7. A starter pack of replenishables will be provided. Please be extra careful with plumbing and do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Especially no “flushable” wipes or feminine products.
8. If your reservation covers the trash day which is on Tuesday and Friday night after 9pm, it will be your responsibility to take the trash can (no.2) out to the curb.
9. Please turn off all lights, the AC/Heat and any electronics when you go out. Don’t forget to close and lock all windows and doors.
10. Please leave your used dishes inside the dishwasher without running and used towels in the basket.
11. Please don't remake the beds that were used.
12. Any item left behind is considered abandoned property and will be discarded.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected between bookings to ensure the highest quality of cleanliness and comfort.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
