About the Space
We created a thoughtfully curated, professionally designed abode that provides a respite from its bustling urban surroundings. 27 Brown St. is located in the heart of the Oregon District, and will be available to book starting December 2021. Built-in 1886, the home boasts ample space, an abundance of light, a backyard with a fire pit, beautiful brass finishes, and is footsteps away from the city’s main attractions.

There is street parking out front + on surrounding streets. There is also a paid lot just around the corner.
General Rules
-No smoking inside
-No large gatherings without prior permission
-No drugs are permitted on premises
Dogs are allowed! (for an additional pet deposit)

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a ring doorbell at the front door + a ring camera on the back of the house looking at the backyard.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaner come in between bookings. Please let us know if you need anything specific.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
