About the Space

This is a Beautiful Property located in East Point Ga. It offers a nice living room and dining room setup but that not it, this property also has a finished patio with outside furniture, fire pit, and a hot tub.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
The space has informational signage including:
  • Detailed checklist of updated cleaning procedure. Download checklist
  • COVID-19 guest guidelines print outs. Download guidelines
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

My Fiancé and I hosted our engagement party here at the Vibe House, we had an incredible experience! It was a great space for our intimate event. The owner is easily reachable and a great host.

Space is great! Especially the outdoor space. Ran into some communication issues. Wasn't clear that we would have access to the space until 90 minutes prior to the start of the booking. Overall we enjoyed the space and it met our needs.

The Vibe house was everything we wanted it to be. We were able to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Clark Atlanta University and we had family and friends coming to Atlanta to celebrate. We wanted an intimate setting where we could enjoy family in a home setting since we live in SC. The outdoor space is very relaxing and comforting. The only thing I regret is not booking for longer so we could’ve enjoyed the sauna… The hosts were great.
