Lovely Ranch with Plenty of Farm Amenities and Activities Perfect for Party or Group Redwood Retreat

Our 6+ acre ranch is located in the redwood forest at Gilroy, just 20min from Gilroy downtown. This ranch has huge space and amenities and is ideal for team building, family activities like birthday party, or simply a retreat. The ranch includes a 2,000 sq ft large barn with spacious indoor space, a 400 sq ft woodworking and crafts workshop, a 1,000 sq ft ranch house with microwave, oven and refrigerator, an amazing zipline, a shooting range for archery and BB gun under our staff guidance and supervision (with a fee), a fenced petting zoo with goats, chicken, bunny and guinea pig, hammocks in the redwood forest and plenty of beautiful redwood trees. The BASIC ranch rental package includes the access to: - BBQ and fire pit usage (charcoal/propane with extra charge of $20) - Fire-Roasted Golden Marshmallow Challenge (bring your own marshmallow, we provide skewers) - Trampoline - Hammock - Tree climbing - Petting zoo ($5/cup snack food for pets and animals) - Edible garden - 2,000 sq ft large barn indoor space - 400 sq ft woodworking and crafts indoor space (woodworking activities need to be booked separately) - Outdoor movie projector/screen - Tables and folding chairs There are several party/activity packages that are optional to book with us with a fee directly on top of the basic ranch rental (talk to us about the fee for each package). All the activities below are supervised and guided by our professional instructors. #1 Survival skills theme (2hr): 30min for each activity and pick 4 out of the list - Bow-n-Arrow Big Bang (Balloons, or high-pressure targets for big kids). - Knife Throwing Contest (heavy plastic or metal knives). - Lasso Marksmanship. - Learn survival techniques. - Spear making - Water filtration - Shelter building - Hunting range #2 Action sports theme (2hr): - Tomahawk the Piñata (age appropriate choice of metal or plastic Tomahawks). - Watermelon Hunt (Tomahawks for Throwing Knives). - Outdoor BB gun arcade. - Camp Zipline and fun forest features. #3 Maker theme (2hr): 2hr for most activities and pick one from the list - Candy dispenser making - Malachite mining and Jewelry making - Bird feeder making - Forging /blacksmithing #4 Cooking theme (2hr): pick one from the list - Pizza making and Ice cream making, butter churning - World menu: South African, Japanese, Mexican or Italian #5 Paint & Wine (2hr)
