Does no smoking include hookah as well? A. There is an additional charge to bring in Hookah to accommodate the additional fire and event insurance. Q. Do you charge fee for you all to do the clean up instead of me? A. Our cleaning fee is standard to account for the cleaning that happens after each event. We only ask that any trash and decorations be removed from the premises by the end of your event. Q. Does the booking time include set up and break down? A. Yes, your booking time is the time you enter the building to the time the building should be locked up, anytime after that incurs a fractional charge of $112.5/hr depending on the length of time. Q. If we aren’t selling alcohol may we provide it for our guest without applying for a liquor license? A. Yes, you may provide alcohol, and If you are not selling alcohol you do not need a liquor license. The sell of alcohol is strictly prohibited without a Montgomery County Liquor License.
