About the Space

Beautiful, two story, single family home, with new custom kitchen, perfect for photoshoots and unique interior shots. There is also a newly renovated, custom bathroom, and large windows with vaulted ceilings, that are perfect for any type of shoot and/or video. Excellent natural light and sun-splashed interior, including a brand new open kitchen layout and stone counters. The living room has very large windows that are west and south facing, so the light is beautiful all day, and especially at golden hour. Living room also has a fireplace and white oak floors throughout the whole upstairs. While the newly renovated upstairs/main living space is the focal point and what is available to rent, our downstairs may be available upon request. Downstairs has two bedrooms and a small bathroom. If you are looking for something with an older feel, then downstairs is for you. The front garden beds feature a lemon and fig tree, and the back yard offers great privacy with very tall, lush plants and bushes surrounding the perimeter. We have used the bushes in our backyard as a backdrop for headshots! Seating area also available in the backyard with a gas fireplace. Primary bedroom not available, but primary bathroom (in photos) is available upon request. Garage can be used as loading/staging area. *If you are interested in booking less than 4 hours, please note the hourly rate will be slightly higher, but we are of course open to your requests and flexible!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Elyse was an A++ host -- super communicative and helpful throughout prep. The house is super spacious which was perfect for our sit down interview, and their bathroom, while we didn't shoot in it, was probably one of the most gorgeous bathrooms I've ever seen~ 100% would recommend!

Yes, I would book again.

Elyse was a dream! Extremely respectful, level headed, kind, and has the perfect communication style. She was quick to respond, clear, direct but never overbearing and didn't hover or micromanage in regards to our time renting the space. The space was as pictured and the bathroom was even bigger than I imagined since I didn't have time to scout ahead of time. We got everything we needed for our shoot and were very pleased!!!! Films as pictured, absolutely beautiful! Elyse was quick to respond & great to work with. There are two parking spots in the driveway & you can block those two spots with a third car. The rest is street parking. We had 0 issues from start to finish. The house is open, clean & extremely shoot-friendly. Thanks again, Elyse!
