The main level (2nd floor) features an open floor plan with a large living room, half bath and dining area. The kitchen includes a stainless steel sink and appliances, with quartz countertops and island for additional counter space. The large covered outdoor living area with privacy walls won an award for Parade of Homes and walls come painted in a dark moody blue. The first floor level features a 12 x 15 empty bedroom with a large walk in closet, and a bathroom down the hall. Photography backdrop is available upon request.
