Rooms are quite large, so you can still capture the coziness of a house that looks like a home, but with the luxury of having a sizable film crew in the room as well. Upstairs has a wonderful oversized master bedroom with a very wide view of the western horizon.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Adam was a phenomenal host! We viewed the property after confirming the booking and he accommodated our scheduling needs. We had a production team of 15 people and everything went smoothly. His home is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone was complimenting the space. We highly recommend renting this property. Plenty of parking and so much room for crew, cast, and equipment!

Adam and Leslie were extremely hospitable and friendly hosts. We arrived and moved lots of furniture around to create our interview set ups. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. We could access the entire property, but we used the downstairs where there was a kitchen available, bathroom and outside garden space where we could film or the crew eat lunch. Leslie and Adam were always contactable and communicative- if we needed to set up a light outside or find sugar for coffee, they're were always reachable and helpful. The house itself was a glorious space to film in. Not only was the space versatile and well decorated, we could control the light and it was extremely quiet. Furniture was easily moved around. There is an abundance of street parking too making access easy to the property. Thank you making our last filming day in sthe States an easy and memorable experience!
