About the Space
Concerts, parties, private events, comedy, photo studio, Christmas parties, meetings, small performance events There are 20 table that usually seat 2 persons per tables. Table can be removed by request and for an extra fee. There is a stage a elevated seating on the sides and back. We have a complete sound system and streaming capabilities. We have a fridge for storing drinks and food. We also have a bathroom. Our space works well for small parties of up to 40 people.

We have plenty of parking in the back via the alley. There is also street parking.

No smoking in the building

Alcohol is allowed (you are responsible for any licenses needed. Private non-ticketed events don’t need licenses).

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras outside of the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We do a detailed cleaning/disinfecting after every event. You can expect a clean venue when you arrive.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
