About the Space

Hello and welcome! Our studio is a 1200 sq. ft. videography studio, complete with everything you need for a video or photo shoot. There is bathroom en suite, complete with shower. The kitchen has a full fridge and freezer, and an induction burner. There are two private offices above the main floor, which stretches to 1200 sq. ft. including tall ceilings. As a video company ourselves, we've installed full blackout curtains across all the windows and skylights, so your studio can transform from a beautiful, natural-lit workspace into a customized videography space within moments. Also in our building is a lovely cafe, Tarocco, with coffee shops, eateries, and groceries within walking distance. Amenities: - Simple office furniture that can be rearranged - 6x C-stands - Sandbags - Apple boxes - 10-20' high ceilings - Full windows with blackout curtains - Elevator and carts for gear transport - Isolated sound booth

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Great spot, love the wall of windows! Worked well for small team meeting. Host was present and door open on time, provided keys so we could leave stuff in the space and go out for lunch. Easy parking right in front. Note that there are north and south doors to 2550 and the south doors were locked which was confusing at first. In either case you need to go through and up stairs to find the room.

Yes, I would book again.

Great and spacious studio! Plenty of parking. Robin was super quick to respond and very accommodating!! Would definitely recommend!
