About the Space
Chef’s kitchen! My space has a large open an modern kitchen with a long counter for recording cooking shows or youtube channels. The space will work as well as photo shoot space. Very quiet area perfect for shooting videos and plenty parking space for the whole crew. If you have any additional question just let mi know.

General Rules
I am very relax and familiar with shooting so I and errand I can be messy, no problem with that just leave everything as you find it. No smoking inside the aparment please but you go outside and enjoy your cigarette.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is a security Camara in the Aparment. Can be on and off I am flexible with that.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A professional cleaner comes and disinfect everything specially the counters and sink. also there will be hand sanitizer and wipes to clean up in between the shooting.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
