When you arrive, park at the front of the building. The building is characterized by black-grey walls and there is always sufficient parking at the front or sides of the building.

Ground Floor

There's an entrance to the building and evrything is on the ground floor, equipment are easy to move around as there no stairs or ramp.

The stairs that leads to the loft area is for Staff only.

their are access to plugs and switches and one of our studio team would be on-site to attend to client's needs.

- Follow the host's instructions for using any equipment or appliances on the property. - Be considerate of the host's time and do not arrive or depart outside of the agreed upon time frame. Inform the host as soon as possible if you are running late. - Be understanding if the host needs to make changes to the schedule or arrangements due to your delay. - Please we ask that you keep the volume of music to a considerable level between the hour of 8:00AM to 5:00pm on weekdays Only. Our neighbors are artists and professionals, they are sweet and sometimes dramatic . Lol - Please keep to the maximum agreed amount of guest in studio at all times. - If you think you may need extra time, please let us know at least 30 minutes before the end of your session. We can’t guarantee it because of availability but we’ll do our best. -If a guest is running late and the host needs to extend the stay or make additional arrangements, the guest will be charged for 1.5 hours for every hour of delay. This rule is in place to compensate the host for any inconvenience or additional time required due to the guest's delay. The guest must agree to this rule before booking the space and will be responsible for paying any additional charges incurred due to the delay. - Please do return the furniture to where it was found to help the next guest easy access and to avoid a cleaning fee charge 👀. Nobody likes an extra charge, well except us in this scenario. Lol

Furnitures cannot be removed from the building but things can be moved around in a decent manner. Kindly communicate your needs through while booking.
