HOUSE RULES: This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of Dallas # HSR21-001273. We have a commitment to keep noise to a minimum and respect our neighbors and community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation. * Minimum age policy is 25 years old. * Valid photo ID will be required and the full names and ages of ALL GUESTS. * NO ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS WITHOUT VALID PHOTO ID AND OWNERS WRITTEN APPROVAL * Max occupants = 6 * No parties or events * Quiet hours: 10 pm – 8 am. No outdoor music or loud voices during this time. * No smoking indoor -. * Pets ok * In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property. * Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions. STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by owner in writing prior to the arrival date. NEIGHBOUR COMPLAINTS Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines. CITY OF Dallas NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with Noise Aware technology. Noise Aware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. MISCELLANEOUS Free and Fast Wifi Free street parking and driveway Security camera's are located throughout the perimeter of the property. PERMIT City of Dallas Permit: Please provide a valid photo ID of all guests at the time of booking, Guests must provide names and ages of all guests. Self-Check-In. Digital Door Lock Parking: 6 parking spaces in Driveway (this is labelled) Plus plenty of free street parking. Private Garage parking in rear enclosed; available upon request.
