Large backyard event space located in Jamaica, Queens. Our space can accommodate up to 60 guests. There is a 5-hour booking minimum. Events must end by 10pm. There is a private restroom onsite. The rate includes the following: 2 hours setup, 5-hour event minimum, 1 hour breakdown and cleanup, 6 tables (6 ft long tables) 30 folding chairs, 2 50qt. coolers, use of outdoor charcoal grill, and use of outdoor furniture area. If additional setup time is needed you may add more time in the add-on section. This space is great for baby showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, small weddings, receptions, graduation parties, BBQs, birthday parties, brunch parties, private dinners, fashion shows, sip and paint, pop up events etc. ***PLEASE READ***** Bookings on major holidays and holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day etc.) are booked at holiday rates $175 hourly. Please send a request prior to booking. Please view add-ons for extra available amenities. Please review rules. ** VENDOR RENTALS*** Please confirm with all vendors, the pick up time for any rental items. All items must be picked up the same day as the event, and within the event end and clean up time. Any rental items left for next day pickup will be subject to a $150 daily overnight storage fee.
