About the Space

Airy, industrial loft with an eclectic vibe. There is a large living space with tall 25 foot floor-to-ceiling windows, providing lots of natural light. The living space is connected to an open kitchen with a modern dining table that easily fits 8 to 10 people. There is another smaller room which is connecting and has a large black and white flower mural on one of the walls. There are also two large bathrooms with good lighting and plenty of space for changing. Two rolling clothing racks are available upon request.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Yes, I would book again.

Michelle was so amazing!! She opened her home for me to celebrate my little sister turning 18 and getting into Northridge! The space was gorgeous and so unique! My little sister had an amazing time thanks to Michelle. She was so accommodating with her fast responses even though I was last minute lol. The decorations came out beautiful. Would definitely book again 🙂!

Yes, I would book again.

SOOOO GLAD that we booked Michelle's space for our production. Not only was the check-in easy and convenient, but her space was clean and exactly what we needed. I'm an avid Peerspace user, and was very impressed with our overall experience.
