Centrally-located and fully renovated offering 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, fenced outdoor patio and bonus room/office with a sofa sleeper! Legacy trail and fairgrounds within walking distance. Attractions within 7 miles or less, include: Beach (7 miles) Pinecraft (2 miles) Downtown (2 miles) Hospital/SMH (3 miles) St Armands Circle (5 miles) Airport (6 miles) UTC Mall & Shoppes (7 miles) Nathan Benderson Park (7 miles) This is my childhood home and it sleeps 6 comfortably (It sleeps 10 if sofa sleeper and sofa bed are used). 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 extra room/office, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry, 1 fenced outdoor patio to enjoy Florida sunshine. The 1st bedroom (master bedroom) is quite tight with an oversized king bed, a TV and a half bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is more spacious and also has a king size bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom is small, has a queen bed and TV. Its across from the full bathroom located in the hallway. The extra room includes a desk, sofa sleeper and large TV. The living room has a sofa bed and a TV. The dining area has a dinner table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The outdoor patio is fenced for privacy and includes a covered area for sun protection and an open area with an outdoor umbrella and table for 6.◍ Adjacent is my studio with no access to the home. Its fenced and has separate and private parking and entrance. The garage is unavailable to guests as it is small and used as storage for supplies. Pets are welcome. Infant and child friendly home. Home is within walking distance to school, legacy trail and fairgrounds.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
