Being in the Fairlie-Poplar/Five Points neighborhood, it is in close proximity to other downtown areas that are excellent for production. The high ceilings and exposed ductwork maintain a loft-style vibe. We have a full kitchen, bed, closet, and bathroom for lifestyle shots. INCLUDED WITH RENTAL: - 1 sofa bed couch - 1 table with 3 chairs - 2 night stands - 1 queen size bed - Kitchen props including plates/glasses - WIFI - Closet with hangers PARKING NO on-site parking. Street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Nearby parking garage. AVAILABILITY Schedule your rental time so that you allow time for travel, parking, check-in, set up, client meeting, session, and break down to happen WITHIN your allotted rental time (we suggest 15-30 mins prior and after).

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
