About the Space

This is a beautiful state of the art production warehouse studio with endless possibilities. A 3000 square-foot space with 20-foot ceilings, lighting, and one of the largest in Tampa capable of handing any production size. We are just not a large space with a cyc wall, The space offers backdrops, props, and multiple curated shoot spaces designed to help bring any storyboard and concept alive. For full studio rentals we also offer a conference room, dressing rooms, a lounge, kitchen, and restrooms with a shower. We understand the importance of easy set up so we offer a ground level loading bay with 14 x 12-foot exterior overhead door large enough for a 16-foot box truck for easy load-in/out. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

Michelle and her team were very pleasant to work with and she had quick response times to my questions about the colored lights on the cyc. We filmed a talking head piece and a voiceover narration. The cyc wall was exactly what we were looking for and it was well lit. The look of the space was accurate in the photos, but unfortunately the space's sound quality wasn't quite what we were hoping for the cost. We weren't looking for a "sound stage" or "soundproof" by any means, but we weren't made aware that the space is right next to an airport. We still would have booked because of the cyc wall, but I would've booked for a bit longer and planned the shoot a little differently since we weren't able to record a 5 minute piece in its entirety without something interfering with audio. The team did shut off their AC though, which we appreciated. There was also water and small snacks provided for our talented which we also appreciated.
