Our 75 acre ranch surrounded by the national forrest is perfect for any film productions. The ranch is located in The Secondary Studio Zone off the 5 freeway exit 183 Templin Hwy and includes: -Home Ranch: A spacious home ranch that has three bedrooms, library, a dinning room, big kitchen ranch, big living room and a common space that has a bar, pool table, piano, chimney and a fountain. Office space, terrace and a BBQ area with a picnic table. -Mobile Home: An empty open space that can be dressed to any production need. Perfect for horror filming. -House Under Construction: This space is good for any scenes for construction. -Warehouse: A big warehouse that can be used as a studio with a standing set, cyc and green screen. The warehouse has two front doors and one back door can fit cars and trucks. -Barn: The site has two barns. One is remodeled metal barn and the second is an old fashion wooden barn with a rustic look. -Camp Field: The ranch includes several camp fields, some have fire camps and big ancient California oak trees and a space for chopping woods. Water Tanks : Four big water tanks with a control room. 2 water creeks, underground tunnel with graffiti and an abandoned wooden bridge. The ranch also is a perfect base camp for any productions filming on the Golden State Freeway and the Templin Hwy.
