About the Space
Our theater has a 33' wide by 23'6" deep stage with front and side curtains. The back of the stage has a state of the art LED screen for still and video playback 9'10"high by 21'4"wide. The audience section allows for up to 65 seats on the floor, which can be removed for flexible multipurpose use of this space. Renters have used it for dance performances, recitals, concerts, plays, filming and sound recordings. Rental rates range depending on the type of event and its requirements. Renting agreements may include use of the LED on-stage screen, the fully equipped sound and lighting system, chairs, and dressing rooms backstage. We recently had the pleasure of using this theater space for a dance project, and it was an absolute delight! The space was amazing from the theater to the dressing rooms! The sound system was great, the lighting was magnificent and the LED screen was really cool to add to our project! It was perfect! What truly made this experience unforgettable was the host, Hermann! Me and my students had a fabulous time here at the venue during the past weekend. Hermann and his team were so helpful even when other situation occur and we could not handle it on our own. Venue was so neat, and has a perfect sound system for what we needed! Love the lighting as well. Parking was very easy and such a perfect location. Will definitely come back soon!!

We had a fantastic experience filming here! Great spot and we were able to get exactly what we needed. There were a ton of other great features that we didn't need to utilize, but we quite impressed with (including a massive LED wall). Hermann and Gary were so gracious and accommodating, they really went above and beyond to give us a positive experience. The best peer space I've ever booked. the team was incredibly helpful with every part of the shoot. They were on site to help with any lifting / any questions we needed answers.
