About the Space
Our theater has a 33' wide by 23'6" deep stage with front and side curtains. The back of the stage has a state of the art LED screen for still and video playback 9'10"high by 21'4"wide. The audience section allows for up to 65 seats on the floor, which can be removed for flexible multipurpose use of this space. Renters have used it for dance performances, recitals, concerts, plays, filming and sound recordings. Rental rates range depending on the type of event and its requirements. Renting agreements may include use of the LED on-stage screen, the fully equipped sound and lighting system, chairs, and dressing rooms backstage. We had a fantastic experience filming here! Great spot and we were able to get exactly what we needed. There were a ton of other great features that we didn't need to utilize, but we quite impressed with (including a massive LED wall). Hermann and Gary were so gracious and accommodating, they really went above and beyond to give us a positive experience. Highly recommend this place and hope that anyone who is on the fence and reads this and goes for it!

This location was exactly what I had been looking for. It has a giant stage, curtains, an LED screen which can be customized with your background, an amazing lighting set-up, playback ability, makeup/dressing room, bathrooms, mini fridge, area for snacks, parking, and an INCREDIBLE host and crew. It's clean and they do everything you need to accommodate your needs. Hermann is everything you could want in a host, and this location was perfect. Everyone commented on how cool and beautiful it was. This space helped my vision come to life. I recommend it highly.
