About the Space

A vibrant, texture and color-filled, two-story, 1bd condo. Make your creative dreams come true (& share them on the 'Dream Diary') at this Jungalow design-inspired, black & female-owned space. Spin a record, light an incense & soar into the clouds with an installed aerial hoop in the living room. While you 'take a break' share your dreams on the bathroom stall inspired wall. Perfect space for creative shoots (please note for video shoots, near a busy road for noise), small gatherings (for maybe tea, dream chats & such), lyra/aerial hoop content & so many other dreams!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Space was as advertised, clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. Only downside is parking, but there’s lots of parking at the BK next door
