You can fit up to 3 cars in a gated area for parking.

These are warehouse windows that bring in beautiful/soft lighting. Nothing too harsh for photos. The windows are in the kitchen/dining room space.

It's a warehouse and it's also not connected to any other buildings. It's very quiet!

Ground Floor

You can walk it in through the front door. The warehouse door can open up to 5 feet of space to move in any type or size equipment.

Kitchen or Dining room

Both back bedroomd are off-limit unless approved by host.

Circuit breaker is right outside the laundry room on the right. There are outlets all over the kitchen + living room to use.

General Rules • No haze/fog without prior approval. • The host is responsible for providing adequate security for their event. • If selling alcohol host must provide proper documentation - License/permit. NO SMOKING NO ALCOHOL unless approved by host FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Furniture in the rooms are not to be moved without approval. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it and tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Guests will also cover any damages or lost items in the space. Please take great care of our space. No tape, gummed backing materials, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. No use of glitter or confetti without prior approval. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used without approval.
