About the Space

1800 sq. ft. home with a large backyard (total lot size = 1/3 acre) on the Tempe/Chandler border. The interior features 2 living spaces. The resort-style backyard features a pool/spa with a putting green, fire pit, brick patio extension, large natural grass area, pergola with hammock and hand-built dining table. There are rope lights strung amongst the trees in the backyard for a good atmosphere at night.
