-The swim spa is not a standard pool and dimensions are 189” x 91” x 52”, anyone under 18 will need a guardian present. Diving and glass by the spa is not allowed and any guests take full liability for their own safety. -The provided wifi is from Frontier, the best available in the area. Please note that wind and other factors may cause the wifi to become choppy or slow at times during your stay. -The desert is full of all kinds of animals and bugs that would love to stay with you at Casa Relajada, so we provide full disinfectant and extermination services, but animals may still provide a surprise visit from time to time so please practice caution! -Casa Relajada has security cameras on the premises. The video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the case of a break-in, death, injury, and to ensure guests stick to the maximum occupancy allowed and do not bring in pets. The footage in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. Cameras are located outside the property: front door, two sides of the house and pool area. -Guests should understand that no special efforts have been made to childproof the house and should accept the risk or harm to any children allowed on the property. These risks are not limited to but include access to the swim spa, fire pit, street, cleaning supplies in the home and plants in the house, patio and elsewhere on the property. -This house’s plumbing is run on a septic system. To prevent plumbing problems, please keep hygiene products, hair, wipes, medicine, grease, fats, harmful chemicals, trash and other products out of the toilets and drains. -Following Airbnb’s policy, all disruptive parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size. Guests who hold these types of events may be subject to additional consequences.
