About Element Art Center
What used to be a warehouse space has been transformed to be an Art Center that doubles as an Event Space. The main room is roughly 750 square feet of space, set up with tables and chairs for your use. This space is primarily used as a classroom when we aren't hosting events. Featuring 16 feet tall exposed beam ceilings, a custom 15 foot chandelier and artistic designs, this space will add a lively atmosphere to your event. Adjoining the main room is another 1500 square feet, this space is our communal work space and is connected to the kitchenette and bathroom. that is not included in your rental Please note the members of the space will have access to their individual rooms during your event.

Surfaces and floors are cleaned, and the kitchen and bathroom are disinfected after each event to ensure a healthy and safe atmosphere.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
