This 1200 sf space has large South facing windows complete with black out curtains and sheer white curtains. The front door can be open up for full length direct light that can be diffused by a large reflector, skim or sheer curtain. Areas include Client's suite complete with make up chair and vanity, dark moody wall, all white wall and white reflective floor area, south facing windows, access to equipment for an additional charge, backdrop papers, lots of furniture, bed headboard and futon that lays out for a bed set up, v-flats, reflectors, posing boxes, c-stand, light stands, back drop stands, 10' ceilings, client ordering/waiting area, coffee lounge complete with coffee and snacks and refrigerators with sparkling water and water. Private gender/nuertral bathroom, two mirrors, stools and MORE! Rental Includes: Seamless paper system with suspended paper backdrops(dark green, mocha, white, and dark red), black wall, reflector, use of all furniture and props in studio. Use of client's suite. Lighting Equipment: (available for rent, NOT INCLUDED) Alien Bee 400, Two 12'' LED Wants, C-stand, Light Stand, Extra Backdrop stands, multiple triggers and various light modifiers. Props include: Black Stool, white stool, white and grey posing boxes, green velvet chair, pink futon, white futon, white velvet chair, rattan chair, Hollywood chair, disco balls and all other props except CLOTHING. Items in the client closet are not to be used by renters. Claw foot tub available NOT FILLED. $100 Extra charge applies to fill the tub.
