About the Space
MINIMUM 2 HOUR BOOKING Welcome to STUDIO 33D! The urban jungle photo studio We offer a beautiful 17OO+ Sq. Ft loft style corner unit with 12 ft. ceilings with large windows which illuminate over a dozen plants, including palm trees and succulents. Private bathroom. The STUDIO 33D team envisioned an inclusive space that welcomes all skill levels of photographers, artists and creatives. STUDIO 33D has hosted a diverse range of clients and events, from ad campaigns to branded content to music videos to meditation/yoga sessions to bridal & baby showers and proposals to trade for portfolio shoots to workshops. **PLEASE NOTE** Being that our studio works on self sufficiency, we expect our clients to upkeep the space and leave it in the way it was presented to you at the start of your session. We have a cleaning fee of $25 if space is left unclean and disorganized. **PLEASE NOTE** Any bookings under our two hr Minimum will incur an 1 hour extension fee., this fee applies after the first 15 minutes past your check-out time. - White, Gray & Black Backdrops are complimentary. (Backdrop use only) - Additional color backdrops are $10.00 per pull. (1 pull is 6 feet on the floor) Multiple Full length Background Colors (Ask For Availability) - Any other specific color request would be a cost of $60.00. (If you're making a request for specific colors, please let us know at least 72hrs in advance) ** PLEASE RESPECT THE OTHER TENETS IN THE BUILDING. NO EXCESSIVE LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE WILL BE ALLOWED. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Gregory was super responsive and helpful! He was quick to give entry info & was there to meet the team & let us into the space. The studio is a great space, and is as pictured - lots of natural light and a bunch of spaces to film, with plants and tables etc. Would definitely book again!

Great space, clean and open. Versatility for shoot concepts. Host was helpful and swift with response. Booked during winter month for Maternity/Family Shoot. It is cold within building so have jacket/blanket for yourself or children if they’ll be in attendance. But overall great space!
