About the Space

Located in downtown South Bend, Indiana, this beautiful historic building was built in 1922 and served as a two-story showroom and garage for a Ford dealership. ***Calendar is not live, please check if space is available with us first before sending in your booking request to avoid credit card holds*** RATES -Weekdays: $50/h -Weekends: $75/h Seamless paper backdrops are available to use for an extra fee. We can't guarantee the colors of the paper as that changes often. Approximately 3.5 miles to the South Bend International Airport and 2.5 miles to I-80/90 toll road. High-Speed Internet Provided: 150Mb/s download via Comcast Business.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

I absolutely love shooting at EM EN! So happy that South Bend finally has a studio space like this available for all creatives. The owner Myriam is amazing and super accommodating! She too is a local creative so she goes that extra mile to ensure you have everything you need. They are always trying to find new and fun ways to mix up the space to keep things fresh and exciting each time you come.
