About the Space
Layout is about 8000 Sq. Ft. of green grass, various flowers, a few fruit trees, some new raised garden space, and some outdated landscape. Could be used for a landscaping show, an outdoor photo shoot. Property is going to be updated in about 2 years so the property is open for many different things, including ripping up and replanting. Could be used for various video or photo shoots. There is nothing but sprinklers back there, so there is no chance of hurting plumbing or gas lines. Would rather not use it for private parties but open to discuss. Drone shots allowed, approved for Fly zone. Again, this space is open to be ripped up if needed. What we are attached to can be moved to another location on the property. It has so much potential for filming or for a landscaping show of sorts.

There are potentially 2 driveway spaces and free street parking. No parking Thursdays 8-10am on South side and Fridays 8-10am North side.

Ambient noise description
You can hear neighbors, but neighbors have in the past moved their dogs inside when I've asked them. All neighbors are very agreeable. Street is a one-way street. There's traffic, but the space is not near a street.

Equipment loading description
There is no driveway to the back space. It is easily accessible by a side gate and wide enough to get almost anything needed through it. The grass in front may need a flat ramp if you are bringing heavy equipment back there and are using a dolly.
Staging area is available
It could be arranged. But there is also room to set up a staging area with tents in the back for this purpose.
All rooms are available for shooting

Electrical system description
I would be available inside and out of the way to flip the CB. It is located at the front of the home not near the back where the filming would be allowed. With indoor cats, there would be little to no access for people to come inside the home. There are a number of safe outlets outside around the back of the house that the crew would be free to use. Up to about 8 outlets.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
No smoking, No illicit drugs, no balloons, no pesticides, no holiday or birthday stuff, no spiritistic, religious, seance, or ghosthunter type things. No adult entertainment. Catering space is great on side of the house away from where the shoot would be.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
We have home insurance. If the house was booked for either outdoor filming or landscaping shows, we would look into insurance. Otherwise, we just have basic home owners insurance.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Yes, almost anything in the back yard can be moved, torn out, etc... With plans to completely redo the space in about 2 years, it is up for almost anything back there.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
You're going to be outside and it's September 2022. I disinfected before 2020 and will continue to do so.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
