About the Space
NOW BOOKING FOR FALL & HOLIDAY PARTIES/EVENTS!! Put on your bell bottoms and break out the corduroy! Perfect spot for your next vintage-themed get together! Gender reveals, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette, engagements, birthdays… From the groovy vintage mirrored bathroom wallpaper to the iconic Avocado Green, Harvest Gold colors of the 70s sprinkled through out the residence, you’re sure to capture a nostalgic, one-of-a-kind event with authentically curated pieces from the late 60s to the glorious 70s. Inside space includes a cozy front room (seats 5-7) and kitchen/dinette area (seats 4-5). Additional seating on outdoor patio for 4-8 guests. Outside, a vintage bar and patio set are under the covered patio. Property features a large lawn area for croquet (vintage set provided), corn hole, lawn darts and extends over to a gated community pool, which is also available (unheated).

Plenty of serving bowls, utensils and plates. Vintage aluminum cups plus a collection of coffee cups. Limited knives/forks/spoons.

One inside dinette set with four seats. Outside seating has a table with two chairs, a bar with four chairs as well as three folding chairs.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors

The space was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our shoot needs. The owner was kind when steping in at the during wrap up. Getting to location, finding the parking space, and entering was all supper simple and easy. Highly recommended and I look forward to need space again.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. For one, before I even made it to the space Michelle was extremely accommodating! I accidentally messed up my booking and she helped me and was so kind. As far as the space itself, it is breathtaking. Absolutely feels like you’re in a time capsule and every detail is exquisite. Would highly recommend this space and Michelle is a wonderful host.
