About the Space
Put on your bell bottoms and break out the corduroy! Perfect spot for your next vintage-themed get together! Gender reveals, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette, engagements, birthdays… From the groovy vintage mirrored bathroom wallpaper to the iconic Avocado Green, Harvest Gold colors of the 70s sprinkled through out the residence, you’re sure to capture a nostalgic, one-of-a-kind event with authentically curated pieces from the late 60s to the glorious 70s. Inside space includes a cozy front room (seats 5-6) and kitchen/dinette area (seats 4-5). Additional seating outside for 4-8 guests. Outside, a vintage parquet bar with vinyl and chrome bar stools adorn the covered patio. Set up the vintage card table for additional guests and play a round of poker or choose from a collection of vintage board games. Property features a large lawn area for croquet (vintage set provided), corn hole, lawn darts and extends over to a gated community pool.
