About the Space
We live in Tempe but our backyard looks like a small, private park. We have grass, and multiple Chinese Elm trees. In addition to the treehouse, we also have a pool that lights up nicely at night with beautiful blue plaster. The treehouse itself features a large deck, a large stair with a 300 landing, and an interior room that is insulated & air-conditioned. The room itself is about 9x9 and approximately 6' high.

Parking description
We live in a cul-de-sac, but we generally have two full parking spots open in our driveway, and if you have a large truck or trailer for bringing in big props or lighting rigs we do have direct access to our large backyard with access from the alley.

There are two small windows in the actual enclosed room, they can be covered completely. The rest of the space is all outdoors.

There is a very large gate that can be accessed directly off a main road that things can be loaded into, the deck is fairly open so things could be set up on that as well.

We have a big guest bedroom in our main home that has a private bathroom and a large sink in the main area as well.

Electrical system description
This is a regular residential home, but during the day there isn't much usage. We have access to a TON of outlets in the outdoor space.

General Rules
No smoking anywhere on the property, we do have trash & recycling containers available so please be sure to dispose of everything properly. We do have alleys here with build collection, so if anything in your project is a "one-off" you can leave larger items in our alley.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
This is an entirely outdoor space, except for the actual inside part, we will be cleaning it in between bookings but there are really no surfaces people would be touching.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
