About the Space
Welcome to CLTV Studios, We are a versatile production space located in the heart of old atlanta that can house an array of different creative needs. Our 1800 sqft facility can convert into a production space for video, photography, events, broadcast and more. We offer an array bonus for space such as stage props, backgrounds, dressing rooms and standard equipment within your rental to help with the success of your production. We look forward to seeing your creativity come to life.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

It’s a nice space- Lawrence was very nice and accommodating. We were able to hold a quick meeting and flip the room and open up for a dance rehearsal. It’s very versatile as the title says. We will be using again.
