Parking on the street in front of the home can fit 5-6 cars.

6ft windows with 2 separate sliding glass doors. All windows are covered by patio structures. Typically no direct sunlight. Brightest from 12:00 - 2:00

The room is in the back of the house so rarely do we hear neighbors. The street is not busy just an older neighborhood street. I hear birds singing in the mornings and throughout the day. Doors close the room off from everything else so noise is controlled in the house.

Ground Floor

Large equipment can access the space by going around through the side gate to the back of the house where the sliding glass door opening is 4ft wide. Other equipment can access the room easily through the front door.

Bedrooms.

No Smoking on the Premises. Outside Catering is allowed. All furniture pictured can be used or removed from the room at your request. The home uses irrigation so if scheduled on a flooding day owner reserves the right to alter or communicate for adapting the booking. The exterior of the the sun room can be accessed. Larger events Using the outside space will be considered but must be communicated and accepted by owner before booking.

All furniture and decorations can be removed from the location.
