Please keep in mind that the reservation must match the number of people staying at the unit. A charge of $100 per night, per guest, will be applicable for any extra guests not attached or reported to the original reservation. WE WILL VERIFY THIS THROUGH OUR OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE SECURITY SYSTEM.
1 - RESPECT OTHERS - No loud noise from 10 pm until 8 am.
2 - PROPER ATTIRE - Wear appropriate attire (T-shirt, Shorts or Pants) when outside the premises. Please try to be respectful to neighbors and the community.
3- NEIGHBORS - Do not disturb neighbors for any reason. Please contact us directly and we will respond immediately.
4 - SMOKING - No smoking inside the house or premises. This includes all smokable substitutes. You may only smoke outside the house in the open such as the backyard or front of the house. (There will be a $250 fee for smoking inside). Please make sure to keep the door closed when smoking outside the premises so smoke doesn't get in.
5 - EXTRA CLEANING - There will be an extra $150 fee per day if for any reason the house has to be closed for anything longer than a day due to willful/intentional damage beyond the scope of a normal stay plus any applicable charges due to damage. Please keep in mind that this fee will be applicable in the event of: finding stains on the floor, walls, ceiling, vomit, feces, urine on furniture, big pieces of food, empty or partially empty food containers on the floor, or any actual physical damage to the room, such as walls, furniture, bathroom fixtures, etc.
6 - BATHROOM - Do not flush anything other than septic toilet paper provided. Do not drain anything else down the toilet (paper towels, napkins, flushable wipes, baby wipes, women's sanitary products, shaving razors). (There will be a $350 fee for calling the plumber).
7 - GARBAGE - Please take out your waste garbage into the gray bin. Use blue bin for recycling ONLY (Note: there will be a $75 dollar fee passed on to you from the city for dumping trash in the blue bins).
8 - LINEN - Please do not use the white linen or towels for mopping, cleaning make-up, cleaning shoes nor dust. Use iron only on the appropriate ironing board and not on the beds. Use the provided disposable make-up cleaning pads instead.
9 - LONG TERM/ SHORT TERM - For stays less than 3 days we will provide courtesy toiletries. For stays, over 4 days guests are responsible for replenishing basic toiletries and are also responsible for cleaning linens, towels, and replenishing kitchen supplies.
10 - LAUNDRY - Available on site. Guests are responsible for their own laundry detergents.
11 - LUGGAGE STORAGE - Service not available.
12 - REARRANGING FURNITURE - If you would like to re-arrange or move furniture such as beds, tables, or tv, please let us know and we will help you do it. Indoor furniture is not allowed outside or on the patio.
13 - WIFI - please see the wifi username and password on amenities.
14 - TV - Local channels and other movies, you may use the free apps Tubi and Pluto TV already pre-installed. You may download other apps too for special subscription channels.
15 - PARKING - You may use the two designated parking spaces outside and open the gate for additional parking. Please do not block any of the neighbor's driveway because you run the risk of your vehicle being towed.
16 - VISITORS - You are welcome to bring your guests. Guests must inform the host in advance. Guest must be present at all times when having visitors unless the visitor(s) are added as a guest. After 3 hours a visitor will be considered a guest. A charge of $100 per night, per guest, will be applicable for any extra guests not attached or reported to the original reservation.
17 - GATE - Must be closed at all times.
18- PERGOLA AND BBQ AREA- Please clean after each use.
19 - CHECK OUT - Please keep in mind that there are other guests checking in on the day of check-out. Check-out time is 10 am or earlier. A charge of $50 dollars will be applicable in the event of late checkout one hour after checkout time without previous notice and a regular day's charge if two hours have lapsed after checkout time. Guests will still need to vacate the property even if a late checkout is applied. Without an existing reservation guests will be considered trespassing and the local police could be involved.
20 - LOST & FOUND - We are not responsible for any lost or left behind items. Guests are solely responsible for their property.
21- MAIL & ADDRESS - We cannot accept mail from any of our guests. Our address cannot be used to open bank accounts, credit cards, Amazon, subscriptions or to receive mail. We will return all mail without notice.
22 - GENERAL - If you break it you pay for it. If you misplace any towel, sheets, or linen you replace it. If you break any cookware, silverware, or crockery please replace it. If there are any accidents please let us know and we will help you fix them. Treat this house like yours. We hope you enjoy your stay to the fullest!
