General Rules DON'T BE BASHFUL Clients are encouraged to contact us anytime with questions and for support planning their event - we're excited to help! SUPPLIES We provide: Trash bags, toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap and paper towels. Please make sure to BYO: Wine/Beer opener, utensils, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, napkins, ice etc. If you would like to rent our plates or glassware, please inquire about rental rates. PETS Our space is dog friendly. However, for insurance purposes we require advance notice if anyone attending would like to bring a dog. (If you have a more exotic pet that you would like to bring in, please contact us to discuss) FURNITURE Clients are required to obtain prior permission to move furniture before/during events. Please inquire about our list of items that either cannot be moved or require additional fees. SPACE ACCESS We assign staff to support booking for the exact time you have booked our space. If you anticipate needing access earlier or later than the contracted time, please let us know with as much advance notice as possible so that we can arrange to extend your booking and line up staff. CATERING Clients are welcome to bring in their food and beverage of their choice. However, if a vendor plans to bring in outside equipment (for example: taco cart, bar, etc.) we require guests to let us know in advance as additional fees may apply. Please see our add-ons to rent cooking privileges in the kitchen or on our grill. SMOKING Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited in the property. Vapes may be used outsides the property grounds. DECORATIONS We love a festive environment - step and repeats, balloon walls, etc work great in the space. It’s okay to affix decorations on our fence walls and beams with painters tape, masking tape or string, but not on our interior wall, sound panels, AV equipment or on/near string lights. If you have questions about where/how to decorate, please don’t hesitate to ask! The following items are not allowed in the space: candles, incense, paint, sand, fireworks/sparklers/combustibles and/or open flames (with exception of chafing dish sterno cans and birthday cake candles). Please inquire about how to handle confetti/glitter as additional fees apply. KITCHEN & GRILL USAGE Clients are welcome to use the kitchen to serve and reheat premade food in our oven. However, if you would like to cook in the kitchen or use the grill, please let us know in advance as an additional fee of $100 will apply to each. TRASH Guests are required to bring all trash, empty boxes, etc. generated by their event to the trash bins outside. Everything brought into the space must be removed from the space by the end time of the event. CONDUCT We reserve the right to immediately terminate an event with no refund if: A guest becomes sick and/or passes out due to over-consumption; a guest becomes verbally or physically abusive to venue staff or other guests; guest behavior results in damages to the venue or venue furnishings; repeated violation of our no smoking policy. GAMES AND ACTIVITIES Drinking games such as beer pong, flip cup, etc. or any accelerated drinking activities cannot be set up or played in the venue. Games involving swinging/breaking items such as pinatas etc. are prohibited in the venue as well. BEVERAGES Custom drink set-ups, (ice luges, champagne fountains etc), require advanced approval as additional fees may apply, and may be denied at the venue's discretion. ATTENDEES # of attendees is the total number of people who enter the space during your event, including renter(s), planners, vendors (caterers, etc.), guests (including children), etc. regardless the amount of time spent
