About the Space

The Outdoor Dinning and Fire Pit is available for all of your outdoor events, photoshoots and instragrams. This stunning outdoor oasis features privacy for your intimate events. Located in the heart of Oakland's most sought after neighborhood, this space consists of lounge area with wood fire pit, a dinning area that seats 6-12 people, deck area that seats 10, turf area with bench seating for 10-20 people. 4 total areas can be used. Direct access to the yard without using the house. Suitable for 15-40 guests.

General Rules

Our outdoor space is is ideal for intimate elevated gatherings, social distancing and is professionally cleaned after every group, you get private access to the main entertaining level, which consist of 4 spaces. Firepit lounge space, dinning and grill area, deck and 2nd firepit area and the turf with bench seating space. We can set-up the venue in a variety of configurations. To ensure a flawless experience we greet every client at the start of their booking and have a manager available at all times. UNIQUE AMENITIES -- Sound system -- Wifi -- 2 Firepits* * additional fees apply - please inquire for pricing/availability FURNITURE All furniture pictured that is still in our inventory is available for use and included in your rental. Please ask for our comprehensive list of available set-ups that feature our dining tables, counter-height tables, bar tables, stools, chairs, and lounge furniture. Custom setups which require extensive setup and breakdown will incur additional fees. PARKING Street and public lot parking nearby. PRICING List price is the starting rate for up to 15 people (see rate calculator). Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Professional cleaners clean the space after every event. High touch surfaces are thoroughly disinfected.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
