About the Space
Guests have called this place a true “hidden gem.” The view of the sunset over the lake is a welcome surprise in city environments. Play in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or practice your putts on the putting green. - 2 minutes from Camping World Stadium/Citrus Bowl - 20 minutes from Disney and Universal - 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport - <10 minutes from Downtown Orlando The house is also available to book over night. Boats, Jets skis, and pontoons available for rent. Message me about a last minute discount if your booking is within 3 days from now and we have availability. We do require a two night minimum stay in addition to the nightly rate if booking more than 21 days in advance.

We can comfortably fit 5 cars, any more than that and they would be blocking each other in. We would allow a max of 9 cars.
General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. NO SMOKING INSIDE or there will be a $500 fine.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space, but you can smoke outside. No glitter or confetti can be used.

We have installed outdoor security cameras for safety, one in the front yard and one in the back yard.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Professional maids come in between each booking and use sanitary chemicals.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
