About the Space
A secluded, completely private, gated home in east Austin. Less than 10 minutes from the heart of downtown, this home has a large focal table to seat up at 8 with an open floor plan to the living area which can accommodate 7+. There is also an additional living space which can comfortable hold 6 and as well as a separate private office. The outdoor patio boasts a lounge area overlooking the spa-like pool and chaise pool chairs. The space is perfect for small-medium business meetings (both TVs can be casted to, office is equipped with a rolling large whiteboard), photo shoots in the backyard garden, plus much more!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We used the Easy Austin Oasis for team building and annual planning. We had a team of 6, and this was just about the right size for us. It had great vibe, as well as plenty of usable space in the living room and kitchen area. Jamie, the host, was also super friendly and very helpful.

What a great space! Super clean, very comfortable, and the tons of natural light from the windows made our photo shoot a huge success. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best team offsite we have done and it was all due to the hospitality of Jamie and the East Austin Oasis. The house is immaculate, set up to host, has every amenity you can think of and most importantly, the host (Jamie) goes above and beyond and is super communicative. Across the entire team I hosted, it was nonstop raving feedback. It was a blast for all! Thank you - we look forward to booking again.
