About the Space

Nestled in the up and coming area of North Austin, our 25,000+ sq. ft. athletic training facility is a fitness lovers paradise! Its dedicated studio interiors coupled with its innovative equipment make it the ideal setting for wellness seminars, organized group fitness events, and fitness photography. The facility is thoughtfully designed to accommodate top athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and families. We house space for several disciplines including weight training, cardio, HIIT circuit, TRX, boxing, yoga, and spin all under one roof! Our amenities include full service locker rooms and a dry sauna. We offer a Kids Club area that provides entertainment for children with Smart TV's, interactive games, and arts and crafts. We've successfully hosted children's birthday parties on the turf area with activities like tug-of-war, flag football, soccer, and nurf wars making our space the perfect one stop shop for your party needs! The real cherry on top is the in house batting cages located upstairs! The batting cages are complete with pitching machines and L-screens. We provide helmets, baseballs, and softballs. The batting cages can be a fun way to bond with corporate team members or think outside-of-the-box for bachelor parties!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
