The stylish and cozy home is designed in spaces with a personal touch and includes everything to ensure and provide you the most memorable experience in Hollywood Florida! The backyard is created in a way that everyone could enjoy it separately as well as cozy enough to be together. A pool with a large tanning deck that has 8 tanning lounges with towels as well as 2 built-in umbrellas for covering yourself from the Floridian sun. Floating fun lounges are also to be enjoyed to the full extent. Newly built covered deck that adjusts from the sun has a huge dining table that could sit over 12 people if needed right next to the BBQ grill that you could use to grill up your favorite meals. Pergola could also be covered and used from mosquitos or during the rain and heat. LED lights provide a nice relaxing atmosphere when the sun sets. The newly painted patio has a cozy fire pit 🪵 with a seating area around as well as a small standing bar next to the ping pong table 🏓 that you can enjoy at any time; rain or shine since the kitchen window is right there. All you are missing is a bartender. Plenty of outdoor games are also provided and located under the TV. SONOS speaker is located outside and to be enjoyed by your family by airplaying directly from your phones (as long as you are on WiFi. When you walk inside a spacious living/dining area from the front door, you will be greeted by a large welcoming super comfortable and plush couch that is placed in front of an 82" 4K TV to be enjoyed with movies, or PS4 🎮. Over 20 PS4 and other games are located in the coffee table that opens up. Oh and it also has a SONOS sound-bar to immerse yourself inside. Also to be enjoyed is a bar with a seating of 4 where you can entertain everyone and enjoy some music or movies at the same time. Has a 55’ 4k TV with ROKU and all the charging wires provided for your ease of travel. Luggage racks are also located around the closet area so you don’t have to hurt your back while unpacking. Bathroom 1 🚽: Master bathroom with an overhead rain type of shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. Spacey enough for everyone to have their own space. Bedroom 2 🛌: Has a KING size bed, nightstand, closet, luggage rack and of course a 55’ TV with Roku. Bathroom 2 🚽: located right next to bedroom #2, in between Bedroom 1 and 2 actually. Bedroom 3 🛌 🛌: Has 2 QUEEN beds, a nightstand, closet, luggage rack and a 55’ TV with Roku. Bedroom 4 🛌: Has a KING size bed, nightstands and a huge patio door that goes straight out to the pool. There is a 43’ TV with ROKU also hanging on the wall. This bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house, behind the kitchen, but very quiet. (note: the bathroom is on the opposite side of the house) Bedroom 5 🛏 🛏 🛏: Has a BUNK bed; TWIN, FULL, TWIN pull out. A shelf, a closet, luggage rack and a 43” TV with ROKU. Has an exit door to the side yard. (note: the bathroom is on the opposite side of the house) Laundry 🧺 is located in the little dining room between bedrooms 4 and 5 but is super quiet, so you can not hear it. The Master Bathroom has the following: Hair Dryer Iron Ironing Board The Living Room Has a DYSON Vacuum Cleaner, for your needs. The Kitchen/Nook, has all the needed cooking supplies, utensils, as well as BBQ supplies All Rooms with an exit to the outside have a small keychain alarm attached to the doors. Per rules we had to put them there, and you are more than welcome to use them with kids around. Arm with a circle button - open the door and it will sound very loud. Disarm and it will stop. Perfect for day/night time to make sure everyone is safe.
