Exceeding hours are $200/hour. If ever you plan to extend more hours please notify the host in advance. There is a fee, per EACH extra guest NOT declared on the reservation details not exceeding 20 persons in total headcount. Having more than 20 people without approval will result in the forfeiture of your reservation. Parties are NOT allowed in this property without exception (Including loud conversations or music). Smoking of any type is NOT allowed inside the premises. There is a strictly enforced $200 smoking fine PER DAY (including the use of weed, vapes, or other illegal substances), plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Pets are not allowed inside the premises. No alcohol in the pool. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. In case of disruption, we will give you a one-time courtesy reminder, after that we will have to ask you to vacate the home. There are security cameras pointing throughout the exterior which includes the swimming pool. Blocking or disconnecting these devices will lead to the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
