🔥850sqf corner studio 13 ft ceilings, windows facing West, direct sunlight after 4pm! 🚀Studio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator 24/7) 🪑Set of different chairs 🧨10x 12FT Pure Muslin Collapsible Backdrops 🥚Black & White seamless backdrops 💡Wall size with spotlights: 16ft(w)*14(h) 🔦Wall size with led laps: 13ft(w)*14(h) 🎥Basic equipment included, watch list below 🍾Shared kitchen next to studio door 🚿Restroom with shower on the floor 🚇10 min walking from Pulaski subway station (Green line) - 15 min Chicago Downtown 🚗Free parking on site You can set any color for any spotlight on the wall, as well as set them to blink. Available colors (Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Cold White, Warm White, Pink). Complete self-service! Please pay attention: smoking, alcohol, fog machines is NOT ALLOWED! Fee $300 You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. Also after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment Furniture that you see on photos will be in the studio. Only one small wall-mount table in Studio. No Clothing Racks. No extra tables. Equipment: - 2 x light stands - 2 х 480 led lights 🚨Paper backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$20 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. Please add this during your booking at the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet. Please do not cut paper backdrops yourself - fee $20. Only white and black colors are available. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio Is not sound proof and is located near CTA subway green line. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, but you can hear train every 20 min. Sometimes you can hear my neighbors in the hallway. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

Mikalai made the rental process very easy and was super responsive to the only question I had while we were wrapping things up in the studio. The space is beautiful and very well kept. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone!

It was a very nice, private, and clean space. It has its rules but for a good reason. The space is nice that the host is trying to keep it that way so we all followed the rules and we’re happy. The host is very responsive and professional. We loved the space and our music video came out real nice! Again make sure you follow all rules and watch at the videos provided on how to use and do everything. Only reason I am giving it four stars is because the room itself was very warm. The host did have a fan in the room, but it was still not enough. The rest of the building is air conditioned which helped. Other than that great space and nice set up!
