About the Space

Welcome to our studio. We have multipe rooms / sets for your content needs: 4 creative rooms as seen on pictures ( contact us so we make sure the room are accurate with the pictures ) 1 seamless backdrop with different colors available For all booking we include : 2 x c stands 2 x LED PANEL bicolor 1 x set of flash with triggers and softbox WIFI + A/C + BATHROOM + VANITY MAKEUP AREA

Parking description

there is two parking lot, one across the street $10 for full day parking and one on the same side of the street one block down $10 full day parking. you can also park for free on the loading zone everyday after 6pm or every Sunday. there is of course metered parking all around the building.

General Rules

We are very flexible but we also have rules. - Every prop and piece of furniture has to be move by the space operator. - if a piece of furniture is damaged or broken we will have to charge replacement value for that item. - if smoking is required for a shoot or something we will charge extra to smoke in our studio. - drinking is okay to serve a video or photoshoot purpose, champagne at the end of a shoot to celebrate is okay. - the space needs to be given exactly how it was given.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

furnitures can be moved with the help of the host

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

the only camera is a doorbell camera, but there is no cameras inside the studio.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

we will clean and disinfect the studio after and before each booking

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Love, Love, Love it! The space was so chic and beautiful. It provided the perfect ambiance for my pitching and screening event. My guests / the attendees felt very comfortable with everyone being able to mull around in the different themed spaces and socialize-such great energy.
