Our Peerspace listings and the rates we post are intended as lead generation for two types of customers with a minimum investment of: One Hundred Twenty Six. 1A: Individuals engaging in not for profit shoots such as prom photos, or a fun afternoon activity with friends. 2B: Individuals who want to promote their photography business, intend on shooting 1-4 people at a time, and offer their customers a luxurious session without overspending. This space is not intended for commercial productions, nude, semi-nude, implied, or sensual shoots with minimal clothing. Rental Accommodations for all: - 700 sqft of diverse, modular studio space - Abundant natural light that can be controlled with blackout curtains - Hardwood floors & 15ft ceilings - Commercial electrical outlets & access to breaker box - Self-adjustable HVAC with control - Space accessible via lockbox and unique code - Street level parking & parking lot - No Bathroom Access - Changing area Partition - Pro Lighting available as an add-on (Studio Strobes & Continuous Lights + Universal Trigger) - Lighting Modifiers & Reflectors - Access to a single 107" Backdrop with 4 colors: Beige, White, Gray, Leaf - Shared space with occasional foot traffic from other tenants. Additional information: For 1A & 2B bookings with groups of more than 4 people including the photographer, additional fees will be included. For 1C & 2D bookings this space is not designed for commercial production. Additional restrictions: - no body oil, glitter or tinted makeup. - no excessively loud music (we have a decibel meter) - no food or alcohol without prior consent - no smoking or secondhand smoke in the building - no smoke machines - no shoots promoting violence, drug use, or malicious activity.
