About the Space

This is a 800sqf and 15ft high ceilings studio custom build U-shaped Cyclorama wall all white (300sqf) creative space that can be used for photo and/or video production. The space includes a vanity, various photography equipment, props and paper backdrops. It allows for plenty of versatility and space for creatives to bring their visions to life. You're allowed to arrive only 15 minutes early to set up, no earlier. -No smoking in the building - Outside catering is allowed - For events that include alcohol: allowed until 9PM - Booking time includes Set Up and Break Down. The cyc wall and floor is painted white and is repainted about once every other week but It does get scuffed through normal wear and tear and may have marks on it when you show up. (these usually won’t show up in your photo's) If you need the cyc in close to perfect condition we can repaint the cyc wall and floor white the night before your session for a $30 painting fee. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you'd like this service. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP KNOWS NOT TO STEP ON THE CURVED PART OF THE CYC WHERE THE FLOOR MEETS THE WALL. ALSO PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE BACK WALL OR SIDE WALL AS YOU WILL LEAVE MARKS. If you have to touch the walls or step on the curved part of the cyc and you leave marks (and you will leave marks) there is a $30 “re-painting fee" to do that. On a related subject, if it doesn’t have wheels please don’t drag it on the studio floor or cyc area. Any furniture or equipment that you need to move should be picked up, carried and placed. Please make sure that you return anything that you move to it’s original location before you leave.
